Fiona Bonnett (BSc, MCIPD)  founder of Total Resourcing Ltd and Total Contracting Ltd is an experienced and qualified Resourcing/HR professional who also possesses a background in business and customer experience analysis. Her career spans 25 years’ plus working with many clients across a broad range of sectors and industries such as Telecommunications, Technology, Nuclear, Government, Engineering and Sustainability.

“After graduating from University, this led me on the path to want to continue to explore the world of recruitment and the multifaceted skills required to work within HR and Recruitment. I have had a rewarding career from Head of Recruitment for the Office for National Statistics, to moving to Canada to have the opportunity to work at GE Nuclear, then working at Vodafone starting out as Resourcing Business Partner to becoming a CX/Business Analyst working on many exciting product launches.  It has always been a passion of mine to establish a recruitment company based on the beliefs that I hold dear: Providing a quality driven service based upon open communication and transparency and to help companies keep costs down especially for new start-ups or smaller businesses.

Having been in the recruitment industry for many years, I am as passionate today as I was when I first started. Finding that incredible candidate for our clients and finding that exciting new opportunity for the candidate is  something that continues to make me smile. Working with clients and candidates to achieve their dreams and goals is a unique journey and involves an incredible amount of trust from all parties involved.
