Awarded the contract to provide an RPO solution providing Nuclear resources. Owing to our clients’ continued success, our client needed a quick solution to be able to attract various roles within the nuclear project cycle.
- Re-designed the recruitment process to speed up the decision making process to be able to offer candidates ahead of the competition
- Engagement with all hiring managers to ascertain their needs
- Creation of a Resourcing Tracker to manage all recruitment activity
- Management of the PSL to build strong relationships and increase engagement and success for the PSL
- Working with Marketing to review and provide advice on making changes to the website to attract candidates to apply
- Re-writing the job specifications with the hiring managers to ensure that the right profiles are selected
- Recruiting into a range of roles across Operations and Support functions such as Waste, Decommissioning, Shielding, Engineering and Project Managers, Mechanical, EC&I, Process, CAD, Safety Case, Security and Quality
- Supporting and assisting with arranging interviews and offer management
- Creating Talent Communities for various roles across the industry
